How can anger appear instantaneoulsy?
In a blink of an eye it can pop up out of nowhere.
Someone looks at you wrong, takes your words in the wrong way (MISCOMMUNICATION! UG!) or actually flips you “the bird.”
…AND THE FIRST SPARK OF ANGER POPS AND THE FLAME ROARS!
SOMETIMES, when I allow anger to take over my brain, it takes me forever to come to my senses. I get so stuck on the reasons why I’m upset. It’s crazy! Why do I allow that? I do this mainly with my husband and sometimes my children.
At work, it’s the total opposite. I know that the things students do in my classroom to make me upset really aren’t worth the anger. I, most of the time, do not take that personally. They need forgiveness, I believe, quick, so we can continue with our class– smoothly.
WHY CAN’T I DO THIS WITH EVERYONE!? Life is too short to keep anger. Like is too short to get hot-headed and crazy. Forgiveness should come quick and fast so LIFE CAN GO ON –SMOOTHLY! There is no time for revenge or bottled up ill feelings. What a waste of time.
