Snow is kind of rare around here in Texas. I am not super fond of it, but I don’t mind looking at it every once in a while.
It’s pretty, but when it comes down, that means it’s COLD OUTSIDE! The cold is pain to me: like ankles from those breaks back in 8th grade and it’s when my shoulder starts acting like I’m 70 or so instead of 40ish. It’s all ok though. I know!
I thank God for all things…all things! I promise.
I’m probably not going to see the sun for a few days. Most know I’m somewhat solar powered. I have to keep in mind that if we didn’t have cold, I wouldn’t know how wonderful warmth is. If there weren’t gloomy days, we wouldn’t know how awesomely bright a sunshiny day is. I guess if I didn’t have a few aches and pains, I wouldn’t know when I have super duper awesome pain free days! (uhhh…ok)
Just saying, I will remember that life is lived best when we put things in perspective. I will have snow perspective today remembering that one day, here in Texas, it will be 100 plus degrees again. Woooooo hooooooooo!!!
